Criteria
* Your site must be a personal not-for-profit homepage. My awards are not meant to promote businesses.
* Your site must be in English. I cannot determine whether you are a winner or not if I cannot read the content.
* No Porn. No Racism. No Hate. No Violence.
* If your site infringes on the rights of others, do not apply. See the copyright links below. Any uncreditted graphics, poetry, photos, etc. will automatically disqualify you.
* I won't be checking your html coding but I will be looking for nice design and layout, good use of graphics and space, and proper spelling and grammar. Excessive dead links will also count against you.
* You must have an awards page where you will display your award if you win. You will be required to link back to this site.
